Soccer Camp Refund Policy At More Touches Soccer Academy, we understand that plans can change. Below is our refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants. Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [contact email] no later than 14 days before the camp start date to receive a full refund, minus a [processing fee if applicable]. No refund requests will be accepted within 14 days of the camp start date, regardless of the reason, including illness, injury, or scheduling conflicts. Special Considerations: If a camper cannot attend due to injury, a credit toward a future camp may be considered, provided a valid doctor’s note is submitted. If the camp is canceled by More Touches Soccer Academy due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future camp.
